Four Days Late....but NYE afterthoughts.
A new year, a new you. For some people, the overnight change in the calendar means becoming a whole new person with the switch of a clock.
Resolutions: yearly goals for a better life.
Personally, I think resolutions are slightly bogus. Eight times out of ten all the diets and what-nots will have been cheated on just a measly three three weeks into the new year. I believe that everyone should have daily goals rather than yearly ones.
1 year = 365 opportunities
A saying that has been going around and it resonated with me. If 2014 has taught me anything, it would be to take life day by day. So much can happen and be accomplished in one day. Rather than focusing everything on the future, people should focus on the present. I feel that you are always either caught in the past or in the future, never in between. A little spontaneity is an important aspect of life. I believe that is where true happiness spawns from. An unexpected offer, a stumbled upon passion, an electrifying love; most things in our lives are unplanned.
That truly is the beauty of life, it takes you by surprise.
